Sayantani is currently pursuing a PhD in English literature with focus on 18th century British novels. Her research focuses on the ways novels rose to become a dominant form of literature and their impact on aesthetics and pedagogic theories of the time. She is an avid reader of mythology from all over the world, contemporary cli-fi and science-fi novels.
