Ava is a current International Studies major at Ole Miss. She is an avid reader, and English has always been her favorite subject. One of her aspirations is to become an author. She is a military kid and has lived in many places in the country. She now lives in Mississippi with her parents, her 3 younger siblings, and the love of her life- a dog named Cinco. She loves to travel and is always up for a good story.

Mickey is a second year Secondary English Education major from Spring Hill, Tennessee. She is pursuing endorsements in Special Education and Theatre Arts as well as a minor in Public Policy Leadership. Mickey is a member of the Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program’s 11th Cohort and a Resident Assistant with Student Housing. She enjoys helping others, writing, and thrifting. Madison is a sophomore Secondary English Education major from Brandon, MS! She is deeply involved on campus through several organizations, including the Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program (METP), the Black Student Union (BSU), the UM chapter of the NAACP, MPower, Ole Miss Orientation Leaders, and as a Residential Assistant in Brown Hall! In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding the E-bikes around campus, building Legos, and reading! With a passion for writing and discovery, Madison strives to help others feel more confident about their own writing!

Hayden is a second-year undergraduate Secondary English Education major in the Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program with an endorsement in Social Studies and a minor in Gender Studies. Hayden is very social and loves to work with others, over the summer she can usually be found as a camp counselor at Camp Iti Kana and Wahi. When not on campus, studying, or shopping, Hayden tends to sit back and enjoy quality time with her cat, Millie.
