Ben is a 1st year student pursuing his MA in Anthropology. His research focuses include coastal Andean civilisations, local museums, ceramics, and cultural resource management. He participated in NSU University School’s writing centre through high school and as an informal campus tutor during his undergrad years. He believes that writing is best accompanied by engaging active discussions to help ferment ideas and congeal loose threads into coherent arguments on paper. He had the very exciting recent opportunity to participate in the excavation of a Tequesta midden site in Miami, and a Manteno stone house in Manabi, Ecaudor.
