Anthony is a 4th year PhD student in English Literature (and is also pursuing graduate certificates in Gender Studies and Spanish). His research focuses on multiethnic literature and/in the Global South with a deep interest in geopolitical relationships with land, space, and movement. Anthony is a passionate teacher with over seven years of experience in both high school and college. He believes education should always be collaborative because students are experts in their own learning and writing. Anthony is an avid animal lover and cherishes his little zoo of 2 cats, 3 guinea pigs, and a box turtle.
